1. The mould base is made of P20 steel, mould cavity and core are S136 high-strength anti-corrosion steel, after heat treatment, the mold has high hardness and durability;
2. The neck insert adopts the double-cone positioning principle, and the processing and manufacturing accuracy is high, the preform will not appear flashing, eccentricity of products of different sizes and other undesirable defects;
3. The mould plate waterway adopts a unique balanced design to ensure the flow rate and pressure of each cavity are same, and the product quality is more stable.
The cavirty waterway adopts a spiral unidirectional circulation structure, which has a fast cooling efficiency, so as to achieve a faster production cycle.
4. Naturally balanced hot runner arrangement to ensure that the injection pressure and stroke from the feed port to each cavity are consistent.
